FILM SUBMISSIONS

●  All filmmakers are encouraged to submit qualifying work.

●  The Serbest International Film Festival considers all submitted work equally on a basic of both technical and artistic merits.​

●  The Serbest Festival accepts submissions for consideration through the Serbest Film Submission platform, Filmfreeway and Festhome.
